Returns: If an item arrives that is defective you can return it for a replacement or 100% refund . In the case that an item arrives that you find is not what you expected, you can return it for a refund, minus shipping fees and a 20% re-stocking charge. The item must be returned within 30 days in the condition it was received and in its original, unopened packaging. If you like, you can tell us why the self defense or home safety products didn't work for you so we can implement corrective action if needed.

To return an item: Please contact customer service for more information on returning any self defense or home safety products. Send email to us here OR Call 919-469-2281 to receive a Return Authorization Number for the return. This will insure appropriate credit to your account.

We're sorry, but we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns. All returns must be freight prepaid.

Spy cameras and hidden cameras are not eligible for refunds, only in-store credits towards another purchase are offered. Please do not purchase from this site if you do not accept the refund limitations. Why do we limit returns for Spy Products? Since our spy products are easy to deploy and easy to monitor, it is not uncommon to be able to catch an incident on video within a few days of setting up the camera. This has led to a large amount of returns for merchandise that was simply no longer needed. If you have a short-term problem which you would like to take care of once and have no need for our product afterwards, it is highly recommended that you look at a Spy Camera Rental program.
