Simple operation!

To view on a TV screen simply plug in the included AV output cable and plug the other end into the AUX input on your television. When you are ready to view the video on a PC or recharge the built-in lithium battery, simply plug the watch into your computer's USB port.  Compatible with 98/ME/2000/2003/ XP/VISTA OS and Linux.

Video is recorded in AVI format, no conversion needed. Just double click the file and it will play in Windows Media Player (a downloaded codec maybe required). Compatible with 98/ME/2000/2003/ XP/VISTA OS and Linux.
